During the past several months , as a result of the high demand in the real estate market, many houses were sold unconditionally, in most cases these houses have not gone through the crucial inspection phase. Numerous new homeowners are finding themselves scrambling with the reality of an unsafe and potentially structurally dangerous home which has not gone through a process of inspection.
