Project Sign-off: The sign-off stage of a renovation project ensures that all outstanding issues have been resolved according to the project Statement of Work, and that full payment has been received. This stage involves confirming project completion through formal signoffs. Once the project is officially signed-off it's considered complete.

Warranty: A one-year warranty typically begins immediately after the completion of a renovation project. For new construction projects, a seven-year warranty is standard and also starts immediately after project completion.
